VALENTINE'S WINE DINNER
Celebrate Valentine's Day with an intimate four-course wine dinner. Each course is thoughtfully paired with selections from Burgundy, Bordeaux, and beyond—from Laurent Perrier Brut to Château Armens and Jean-Marc Brocard Chablis.
The evening begins with oysters on the half shell and warm olives for the table, followed by your choice of Black Truffle Soup or Burrata Caprese. For the main course, choose between Braised Short Rib with Madeira Wine Reduction or Diver Scallops with Butternut Squash. The night closes with Dark Chocolate Passion Fruit and a Sweetheart Sundae, paired with a wine of your choosing.
