LAURENT PERRIER champagne DINNER
Join us for an evening with Laurent Perrier, one of Champagne's most celebrated houses. Four courses paired with Laurent Perrier from Brut Cuvée to Demi Sec Harmony.
Start with Spring Greens, Lardons, Bacon-Shallot Vinaigrette, Goat Cheese, and Croutons paired with Laurent Perrier Brut Cuvée. Second course brings Salmon Carpaccio with Capers, Shallot, and Olives alongside Blanc de Blancs. Third course features Pan-Roasted Chicken, Morel Mushrooms, Sauce Chasseur, Whipped Potatoes, and Haricot-Verts with Cuvée Rosé Brut. The evening closes with Crème Brûlée and Laurent Perrier Demi Sec Harmony Champagne.

A curated dinner with Duckhorn Vineyard Wines, hosted by Chef Chip Hight. Four courses paired with Duckhorn selections from Sauvignon Blanc to Goldeneye Sparkling Rosé.
Start with Romaine, Citrus, Whipped Feta, Heirloom Tomato, and Pistachio paired with Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc. Second course brings Jamón Ibérico and Comté Cheese Croquettes alongside Three Palms Merlot. Third course features Midland Meat Beef with Celery Root Puree and Salsa Verde paired with Duckhorn Napa Cabernet. The evening closes with Buttermilk Biscuit, Strawberry Three Ways, and Chantilly Cream with Goldeneye Sparkling Rosé.
