DELILLE CELLARS WINE DINNER
Join us for an evening with DeLille Cellars, hosted by Britania Perez. Five courses paired with Washington wines, including Métier Sauvignon Blanc, Chaleur Blanc, D2, and Four Flags Cabernet Sauvignon.
Start with Citrus Herb Salad with feta, avocado, and pistachio, then Hamachi Crudo with ponzu and chili oil. Third course brings Grilled Lamb Lollipops with roasted carrots, sumac, tahini, and pomegranate seeds. The main is Filet with grits, cherry sauce, and mushrooms. Finish with a cheese plate or Crème Brûlée, your choice of Port or Bubbles.

LAURENT PERRIER BUBBLY BRUNCH
Saturday brunch with Laurent Perrier. Start with fresh-baked biscuits, in-house butter, and jam, followed by Smoked Salmon Carpaccio with capers and crostini. Triangle sandwiches for the table include cucumber feta, chicken salad, and pimento cheese. The main is Fried Chicken with slaw and champagne vinaigrette. Finish with Lemon Tea Cakes.
